DATA WAREHOUSE INFORMATICA DEVELOPER

We are looking for a Data Warehouse Informatica Developer to join our team in Mechanicsburg, PA.
 
The position requires a minimum of 3 years experience in the following:
  •  ETL architect in designing, implementing and maintain enterprise level data warehouse solutions using the Informatica ETL toolset.
  •  Designing, implementing and maintaining Oracle data warehouses and a data warehouse application and data base architect. 
  • Oracle’s SQL and PL/SQL programming, UNIX shell scripting in a multi-server environment, secure FTP and SCP programming, server to server interfaces using SSJ protocol, and performing migrations, upgrades of Informatica or comparable software and objects.
  • Logical and physical data warehouse modeler, using Erwin, Oracle Designer, or some other modeling tool. 
Modeling techniques include star/snowflake schema design, dimensional modeling, federated query design, data mart design, and re-design efforts in support of an enterprise data warehouse solution.
 
A thorough knowledge of relational data base management systems (RDBMS), data warehouse design methodologies, performance turning and monitoring, space utilization, sizing requirement and date integrity is required. An understanding of On-line Analytical Processing (OLAP) is also needed.
